Each morning, we wake up with a certain amount of willpower; it is responsible for doing things which are difficult, for doing something we don’t like but it’s also good for us, and for making good decisions in general.
As the day goes by, we lose our willpower. Therefore, in the evening we more often eat and drink things which are bad for us, we skip going to the gym, we buy things we don’t need, and we spend more time in leisure and leave everything important for tomorrow.
Use your willpower when it’s the strongest. Pick the three most important things and make them the first three things you are going to do; don’t waste your willpower on making decisions regarding Facebook likes; leave that for the evening.
