My mother often says:
If there is a will, there is a way. If there isn’t a will, there is an excuse.
That is probably the most valuable life lesson which I’ve learned.
Whenever I found myself in a dead end, I would remember these words and I would check twice whether I’ve considered all the options before finding an excuse for not achieving something.
It’s easy to find an excuse; it’s rainy; it’s hot; I’m tired; I didn’t sleep well; I’m too young; I’m too old; I don’t have time…
On the other hand, it’s much more difficult to find the way to achieving a goal because we find obstacles on each step and to overcome them we need to change the tactics.
Although we’ve changed the tactics, the strategy stays the same; to reach the goal.
It doesn’t matter whether we get there on foot, by taxi, by bus, or by bike; these are just some of the tactics; some of the ways.
